10k, 30k, 50k are how thick the lube is. 10k is the lightest so it's a bit more runny and good for speed. 50k is really thick so it's good for gummy and control. 30k is in the middle. Traxxas can be used all around the cube. But it is best in the core and on the tracks (around the feet of the edges.)
