We make returns easy. If you aren't completely happy with any of your items, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.
When conducting a return or exchange, please ensure that all original packaging is included and still intact. If the returned product is received in lesser condition than "like new", it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order please contact support immediately. We will make every attempt to modify or cancel your order but cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your order has been placed.
All clothing is made to order and is unable to be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect in which case the item will be exchanged. Clothing usually starts printing within 24 hours of the order being placed so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
Cancellations for pre-orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
Instances of "popping" or other forms of user error are not covered by our return policy.
Custom services and product customization are not eligible for refunds.
KhmerCuber reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not have a Return #.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to our warehouse.
